Hurry!!! If you confirm your stall bookings by June 30, 2007 you will be entitled to an early bird discount of 10%. Also stall locations and floor layout will be decided on the first-come-first-served basis.
Booth rental includes:
1. Fully constructed stalls, under covered exhibition space, built with three-sided Octonom,
1 table and 3 chairs, 15 amp power socket, facia with company name.
2.Complimentary registration to the Conference, 1 for each 3mX3m stall booked.
3. Exhibitor's name will be included in the Conference Website with links to their respective home page.
4. Description of company profiles will appear in the Exhibitors Manual of the final conference program brochure/souvenir.
5. Exhibitor's name will be displayed in the list of exhibitors at the Conference venue.
Organizers will not be providing UPS supply. Exhibitors should make their own arrangements for the UPS supply for their equipments, if they feel it is required. Exhibitors requiring any specialized equipment/facilities may contact the conference organizers in writing. Though organizers will not take any responsibility in meeting the special needs, organizers will make every effort in identifying the vendors who can take care of the special needs and put them in contact with the exhibitors. All such needs must be given in writing to the Conference Secretariat by November 30th.
