The XV International Workshop on the Physics of Semiconductor Devices is being organized at Delhi by the Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), Delhi and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi in collaboration with Society for Semiconductor Devices with cooperation of Indnian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IITD), Delhi University (DU), and National Physical Laboratory (NPL) during December 15-19 , 2009. You are cordially invited to participate . This series of biennial workshop provides a valuable forum for interaction between scientists & technologist working in the area of semiconductor materials and devices. The XIV workshop held in December 2007 at Mumbai was attended by about 450 delegates including 80 from abroad.
